Abstract :
This issue of the Radio Communications Series focuses on a rapidly evolving area in radio communications, that of dynamic spectrum access. This field has seen amazing progress in the past few years, and promises to revolutionize the way in which radio systems are designed, deployed, and operated. There are five articles in this issue.
