Abstract :
Because of the complicated social economic relationship and diversified labor relationship, the relationship between labor and employee is become tense and research on how to build a harmonious labor relationship is of vital important. This paper constructs a completed and perfect labor relationship game on basis of analyzing the theory and empirical research outcome on harmonious labor relationship. At the same time, we analyze the profit of labor and employee in this game. The result shows that signing labor contract can not only improve labors´ working enthusiasm but also promote a harmonious labor relationship.
