Abstract
This paper discusses dynamic alliance (DA) as a form of global supply chain (GSC) and how to develop its quality risk control technology based on 5M1E analysis through fuzzy relation model. A solution method based on genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed to obtain the solution of the proposed model. Finally, a case study of a large-scale water conservancy and hydropower construction project is used with the proposed model. The result of the case problem reveals the validity of the solution method. The sensitivity analysis for the forecasted effects under differing significance levels shows the excellent forecasted effect of our proposed model.
