Abstract :
The NPL apparatus to realize the SI ampere now has a ±1 parts per million (ppm) reproducibity. An uncertainty cannot be given as there is as yet insufficient investigation of systematic errors, but in due course we expect to achieve 0.1-ppm accuracy.
