Abstract :
The 28 expanded papers in this special issue were originally presented at the 2008 Symposium on VLSI Circuits, held in Honolulu, HI, June 18-20, 2008. The special papers include eight analog papers, seven digital papers, six memory papers, and seven wireless and wireline communications papers.
