Abstract :
A new class of feedthrough-cancellation techniques for SI circuits based on adaptive clock-signal modifications is presented. These techniques allow automatic error attenuation to levels below 0.1% of the signal range, even for small-geometry current-mirror transistors (4 μm/3.2 μm), and without additional circuitry at the track-and-hold stages
