  • Abstract
    A system is described which is being used for the noncontact measurement of relative motion of an object. It is based on a DEC PDP-11/03, a raster-scanned image source, and a special interface. Image processing techniques are incorporated to allow for variation in detected sensor size and shape. An in-depth hardware description of the special interface is presented.
