Abstract :
"Software Reviews" is designed to present IEEE Software readers with timely evaluations of operating systems, applications, and utility software. This department will concentrate on software in widespread use, but reviews will not be limited to technical descriptions of various packages—the economic and philosophical cause and effect of software systems will also be examined.
