Abstract :
The 27th Chinese Control Conference (CCC ´08) was held on July 16¿18, 2008 at the Yun An Conference Resort, Kunming, Yunan Province, China. Kunming is a beautiful city known as the Spring City because of its spring-like climate all year round. Yunan Province is home to 26 minority groups of China, including Tibetan, Naxi, Bai, and Dai. The rich local culture heritage made the CCC¿08 colorful.
