Abstract :
In the course of the design of a power station, the Generation Development and Construction Division of the CEGB would have to deal with thousands of conventionally generated drawings. The development of high-quality graphics screens and the availability of interactive processing have made it feasible for the Division to introduce a computer-aided drafting and design system into its operation.
