Abstract
General Electric Company´s Steam Turbine-Generator Business has developed and is implementing a programme to integrate the use of advanced computer technology in its turbine-generator design and manufacturing operations. A shared product database will provide the foundation for the integration of engineering, manufacturing and business systems.
