Abstract :
The paper highlights various issues of complexity and deliverability and its impact on software popularity. The use of Expert Intelligence system helps us in identifying the dominant and non-dominant impediments of software. FRBS is being developed to quantify the trade-off between complexity and deliverability issues of a software system.
