Advanced manufacturing in electronics¿bridging the information gap

NEDO´s discussion document on advanced manufacturing in electronics published last year warned that any reluctance to adopt advanced design and manufacturing technology would have serious consequences for the future of the UK electronics industry. Mindful of the difficulties in obtaining unbiased advice when making a first investment in such technology, the DTI has set up a network of established AMIE users prepared to share their experience and expertise with other UK electronics companies
