Abstract
The article presents an architecture and development environment for a family of neural network processors targeted at real-time control and signal processing applications. The architecture is based on a data parallel control enabling a high performance and flexibility to be obtained with minimal hardware complexity. This provides a cheap and easy means to manufacture high performance application specific neural processors, that can be incorporated in a multitude of commercial and domestic products.<>
