Abstract :
Four printed travelling-wave elements having 66% bandwidth are sequentially rotated in a 2×2 array. Computed and measured circular polarisation characteristics of the array with and without sequential rotation, are critically examined and the advantages and disadvantages of the sequential design technique are identified. Practical implementation and the inference for other types of large bandwidth elements and arrays are noted
