Abstract :
The authors of [1] describe what they call a "double-layered" or stripline-fed version of Edward and Rees\´ printed dipole antenna [2]. Their claim of novelty for their stripline feed is not valid. To my knowledge, the first published description of this antenna was by D\´Angelo etal. in 1996 [3].
