  • Abstract
    The correspondence discusses a correction to the thin-wire algorithm developed in a previous publication. By employing a slightly different choice of the operational parameters of the computation, the wave speed of transverse electromagnetic propagation along a thin wire is closer to the speed of light than in the original model. Results are shown for the propagation properties of a canonical square coaxial transmission-line.
