Abstract :
At the risk of sounding trite and pontificating, let me reiterate once more - as I have done several times in the past - that I feel as though the award and recognition it carries has not been bestowed just on me, but on our "extended family" of 200 or so students and post docs who have journeyed with me to this point, which may be the culmination ??and the last chapter of my life, but is the beginning for the newcomers in the family who are now carrying the torch and the family tradition of excellence, embodied in the coveted Electromagnetics Award, the family jewel, which "we" just received together.
