Abstract :
A coaxial cell suitable for exposure of biological substances to electromagnetic fields in the frequency range from dc to 100 MHz is described. The cell provides uniform electric field throughout the exposed sample, requires a relatively small volume of the sample (typically below 1 ml), and allows for convenient control of the sample temperature.
