Swift Tack: A new development approach

In this high demanding world when nobody wants to wait for the products and due to the existence of many competitors, it becomes crucial to provide the working product within a given time. This paper defines a new development life cycle, Swift Tack, under Agile methodology. Swift tack is a customer oriented approach in which customers interactively participate to make their software according to the need. It handles all types of organization without being affected by the team size. It also defines simpler steps to adopt a new development method in the organizations.
