Professor JackM . Manley and Dr. HarrisoEn. Rowe were honored by the IEEE at the International Electron Devices Meeting held in December in Washington, DC. They were presented the David Sarnoff Award, one of the Institute??s awards which recognizes outstanding achievement in the field of electronics.
