Abstract :
The scattering matrix method was used for design of a surface transverse wave (STW) multimode resonator on quartz. At a frequency of about 506.6 MHz, insertion loss, and loaded and unloaded quality factors of about 13.8 dB, 10 000 and 12 500, respectively, were obtained.
