The Bell Telephone Laboratories, research and development organization of the Bell Systen, has established the Laboratory pictured here near Summit, NJ, USA An adjoining unit, comparable in size to the one shown, which was completed before the war [WWII], is now under construction and is expected to be ready for occupancy by 1948.
