Abstract :
Plasma leaks to permanent magnetic produced "full line cusps" are shown to depend on ion mass as (mj¿). This result is consistent with hybrid gyroradius (i.e., geometric mean of ion and electron gyroradii) leaks but not with ion gyroradius leaks.
