Abstract :
The performance of rear SiOx/SiNx passivated solar cell under low-irradiance intensities has been investigated. A method, defined as the voltage divergence between derived Suns-Voc and Suns-Voc measurement is introduced to realize the behavior of solar cells under various irradiance conditions. According to certificated result, it shows SiOx/SiNx passivated PERC and full-BSF cell have consistency in efficiency dependence on irradiance conditions, even the low intensity with 200 W/m2.
