Abstract :
On 13 November, amendments to the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) Constitution and Bylaws were approved at the IES AdCom meeting in Orlando, Florida. This was in response to the requests made at the June 2006 and June 2007 TAB meetings, respectively. Since the Constitution and Bylaws of every Society should be compliant with IEEE policy, the six IEEE "must haves" for Bylaws and Constitutions should be incorporated into our Constitution and Bylaws.
