  • Abstract
    A new video scene clustering method using graph partitioning is proposed. In the method, the shots of a video are grouped into clusters of similar scenes based on shot colour attributes; the number of scene clusters is not required to be known a priori. Experimental results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
