Abstract :
It is with great honor that I begin yet another exciting path in my engineering career as Editor-in-Chief for the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine. I would like to thank Evelyn Hlirt and the Board of Governors for entrusting me with this responsibility. It is one that I value and do not take lightly. As I begin this journey and assume Evelyn´s role, I realize what high standards she set for our magazine. During her tenure, she created a strong foundation that I am committed to building upon. It is my desire to support and enhance the vision that its original creators intended and Evelyn championed.
