Abstract :
A simple numerical procedure for analysing the modes of nonlinear MQW waveguides with any arbitrary nonlinear media is presented here. The method can be used for any non-Kerr-type nonlinearity and can be extended to estimate losses in nonlinear MQW waveguides.
