  • Abstract
    In addition to the traditional application of the ring-resonator method for determination of the microstrip line effective permittivity, measurements of the insertion losses and equivalent substrate permittivity are proposed. The obtained data for a number of isotropic and anisotropic substrate materials are in good agreement with the results predicted theoretically.
