Abstract :
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 2014 IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Education (ICCSE 2014), we are very pleased to welcome you to beautiful Vancouver and to the Conference. This is the 9th ICCSE in a series of annual conferences, which began in 2006 in Xiamen, China. The Conference provides an international forum for presenting the most recent advances in the fields of Computer Science, Education, and related areas of Engineering and Advanced Technologies. Also, the Conference facilitates and promotes information exchange among participants from industry, research laboratories, government organizations, and academia.
