  • Abstract
An iterative algorithm combining the fast Fourier transform (FFT) and the dielectric-slab Green function is presented and applied to the analysis of periodic structures used both as frequency-selective surfaces and polarisers or as phased arrays. Two kinds of excitation are considered in phased arrays: ideal coaxial and delta voltage sources. Results for reflection coefficients are given for applications of these structures.
