Abstract :
With the rapid development of multimedia technology, multimedia applications are endless. In this paper, the multimedia software engineering is presented, which is used ideas and methods of the software life cycle for multimedia applications software development process, so as to be solved the multimedia applications “software crisis” issue. There are great significance to reduce costs, to improve software quality and advance the efficiency for the development of multimedia applications.
