  • Abstract
    Social Media became one of the popular ways to release people´s personal views on certain topics or personal bias, attitude to some thing or the current matters they are concerned about. Utilization of massages and posts generated by users in a group, a web community or a Social Media will help us to recognize the real demands and real viewpoints of users on some topics, and it will be a great helpful factor to improve services of system. The opinion of individual or group can be collected more easily online than offline; hereby the public opinion will be traced dynamically online because essentially the public opinion itself changes dramatically over time in social media and web communities. Many researchers analyzed and predicted hotspots social events by different methods based on contents from social media, such as Sina Weibo, a very hot Social Media in China, which got 5.03 billion users in 2012.
