Abstract
An explicit six-port calibration method using five standards based on matrix formalism is developed. The method has a number of advantages. There is no limitation on the measurements and in the six-port design to include a specific reference port for setting the power level during calibration and testing. The computation method is an explicit one and there is no need to use iterative procedures
