Abstract :
A 1.25 Gbit/s transimpedance amplifier using a novel photodiode capacitance cancellation technique has been demonstrated in 0.35 mum CMOS technology. The transimpedance amplifier achieved a transimpedance gain of 17.1 kOmega as well as a wide dynamic range from +1 to -29 dBm while consuming only 20 mW from a 3 V supply
