Abstract
The construction of online teaching platforms has begun to take shape in China. However, there is little communication and integration among their resources. Through the investigation and analysis of online teaching courses in IT-related majors, this paper reveals several causes of the obstructions in the process of network teaching achievement. In this paper, the author proposes the resource aggregation method to build a higher-level open source network teaching platform based on the existing university Web-based teaching platforms, aggregating the intellectual resources and teaching resources, reducing the pressure on teachers who are working individually on the online instructions, mentoring and evaluation on the platforms, and promoting the development of online study and online testing based on the mixed mode of instruction.
