Abstract
Practical teaching is the key to training application-oriented talents and local colleges should deepen the reform of practical teaching to improve the quality of personnel training. Combined talent cultivation practice, this paper shows four measures to reform the practical teaching: exploring the training model of application-oriented talents, strengthening practical teaching, strengthening College - enterprise cooperation and enriching students´ Second Classroom. These measures have achieved remarkable results.
