Abstract :
The recipient of the 2006 Distinguished Service Award of the Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society is Dr. Gerald V. Blessing, "for over twenty-five years of leadership and commitment in a wide range of positions including Officer in the local chapter, organizer of Ultrasonics Symposia, and President of the IEEE UFFC Society."
