  • Abstract
    The bound derived in the above paper by Gong-Thompson (ibid. vol.39, no.3, p.548-50 (1994)) is shown via two new stability criteria not to be the tightest possible for all unstructured perturbations. A minor error of their theorem is also corrected.<>
