Abstract :
A simple connection is shown to exist between the Hadamard transforms of a discrete signal 
and a signal 
obtained from in three different ways: a) time scaling of ; b) expanding by means of zero insertion; and c) letting repeat itself. Both one-dimensional and two-dimensional cases are investigated.
