  • Abstract
    A red-emitting organic-dye-dispersed inorganic electroluminescent (EL) panel is developed using a printing technique. An EL device with Coumarin 6 and a 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-t-butyl-6-(1,1,7,7-tet- ramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran co-doped phosphor layer, which is expected to emit red light, was manufactured. Therefore, a red-emitting panel without a colour filter is obtained.
