Abstract :
Welcome to the 8th IEEE Workshop on Network Measurements (WNM). We again join the IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks (LCN). For this year´s workshop, we invited papers on traditional and emerging network measurement topics, including Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and Quality of Experience (QoE). We are pleased to have received submissions in those and other areas of network measurement research. We selected 4 papers and invited 2 keynote talks to produce a diverse and interesting program.
