Abstract :
Optically pumped vertical cavity laser operation up to T=260K has been achieved in the 480-500 nm-wavelength range in ZnCdSe-ZnSSe-ZnMgSSe pseudomorphic separate confinement heterostructures, containing three active quantum well layers and dielectric high reflectivity mirrors
