    Ho, K.C., and Chan, Y.T. (1993) give an alternative solution algorithm for the time difference of arrival (TDOA) problem. The commenter suggests that a number of claims presented in this article are unjustified. He also presents corrections of what he suggests are errors. In their reply, the authors explain their claims.<>
