Abstract :
A periodically domain-inverted structure for a first-order quasi-phasematched second harmonic generation was fabricated in an X-cut MgO:LiNbO3 crystal utilising 2D high-voltage application. Using this structure with a proton-exchanged waveguide, a blue output power of 19 mW at a wavelength of 434 nm was generated for a conversion efficiency of 600%/W
