Abstract :
Typical printed circuit boards (PCBs) in the EMI regulated frequency range 30-1000 MHz are electrically finite-sized. The conventional full-wave method is not suitable for modelling finite-sized PCBs because of the assumption of infinite ground and substrate. The authors present a full-wave moment method approach for computing radiated electromagnetic interference produced by realistic finite-size PCBs. Numerical agreement with another approach is demonstrated
