The skills framework for the Information Age (SFIA) defines technological skills that underpin the IT profession, but its real potential is not immediately apparent from a cursory perusal of the framework itself. Cosy bedtime reading it is not. It takes concentration and effort to understand; like a dictionary, it??s one of those documents that you are unlikely to read from cover to cover unless you have to.
