  • Abstract
    This paper discusses a specific test sequence based on the well-known worldwide standards for medium voltage terminations. This sequence tests the three basic aspects of the termination. That is, performance as newly manufactured, performance after aging, and performance under wet environments (either indoor or outdoors). Brazilian electrical manufacturers are now studying such test sequences and will soon be standardizing.
