  • Abstract
    The authors propose an optimum placement solution for a base station with picocell power range, operating at 1800 MHz, situated on stairs of a multistorey office building. Analysis of the measurement results indicates that >10 m difference in coverage range could be achieved from the path loss models of different base placements
